Passionate about training, Jackie has a career spanning over 20 years in the hospitality industry, giving her the experience and know-how to facilitate a broad range of learning content, particularly in the areas of Customer Experience Improvement and Revenue and Yield Management. Having a real vocation for different cultures and languages, she has the ability to train in Dutch, English, French, Italian or German.

Sophie Boitel (Commercial Expert)

Over her 35 years of sales experience in international hospitality, Sophie has seen that selling is a constantly evolving science and that the success of a sale is not just about a good relationship with your customer, especially in challenging times. Sophie helps salespeople grow from the position of order takers to the status of trusted advisor, able to take control of the sales process. This increases the perception of value among your customers and optimises your income.

Eva Lindner (Learning Expert)

Eva completely shares our values at The Talent Network. With over 10 years of experience in L&D and in the service industry, Eva started her career in Hotel Operations working for prestigious brands such as Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental.  Equally passionate about the customer and the employee experience, she has a gift for designing powerful Customer Service interventions and facilitating engaging face to face and virtual workshops, either in English, German or French.
